A moment to saviour - Opening of New Facility
In the ninth year of its operations, TransForm Solution Pvt. Ltd., continues to leave its mark on the clients and stakeholders alike. On 17th of October 2010, we inaugurated our new facility with an aplomb Opening Ceremony followed by a Gala Brunch on a relaxing Sunday morning.
The Opening Ceremony was felicitated and graced with the presence of the Chief Guest, honourable Dr Neetaben Shah. Dr Shah is the Director – eGovernance at the Gujarat Informatics Center, Ministry of Gujarat. The day began with a ribbon cutting ceremony and was followed with other events and programs through the day. The event was attended by 450 guests and patrons including various dignitaries from the society, the business community in the Surat City and the southern state of Gujarat and all the employees with their families and friends.
The event was organised at the TransForm premises and marked the commencement of the new facility, including a new floor thereby increasing the infrastructure capacity by 70 seats enabling the employee strength to 200, and a new full service ‘Staff Snack Bar’ which can hold meals at different meal periods for 60 employees at a time.
The new floor has been designed with best in class and most ergonomically comfortable furniture put together with the most contemporary technological communications and networks for employees to work ease, in a comfortable and a calm working environment.
The new floor boasts of, new reception, new terminals, a new conference room equipped with technology for presentations, video conferencing and also training, new managerial offices, floor in charge cluster cabins and employee restrooms.
The naming of the full service Snack Bar was also unveiled at the event and is called – C3 meaning Chit Chat Cafe. The name was formulated by receiving feedback from each employee through an online survey and brainstorming with the entire organisation. In the end the name was finalised keeping in mind all conscientious inputs, feedbacks and employee fondness about the same.
The inauguration marks and symbolizes the continuous obligation to quality and customer service, which is the cornerstones of TransForm leadership under our Founder & CEO – Asfaq Shiliwala and the unprecedented commitment towards contributing to the society that we operate in.
