Asfaq Shiliwala - Founder & Chief Executive Officer
One of TransForm’s founding members in 2002, Asfaq Shiliwala is also the Chief Executive Officer of TransForm Solution Pvt. Ltd. Described at once as optimistic, persuasive, patient and innovative; Asfaq has used these traits, his experience as an originator and his in-depth market knowledge to guide TransForm Solution in becoming one of the most respected institutions in the geography of our operations and aims to achieve the same at the national and a global level too.
As CEO, Asfaq is responsible for determining and executing TransForm’s strategic direction and for developing partnerships within the Industry. He is also closely involved in the administration at the headquarters in Surat city.
Asfaq is Mechanical Engineer by education and SAP consultant by profession. Prior to starting TransForm Solution, he enjoyed a decade-long career working in the automobile industry with global brands such as Royal Enfield, Toyota Motor Corporation and Daewoo Motors and also with leading IT consultancy in India working as SAP consultant.
Mr. Shiliwala currently resides in Surat City, Gujarat, with his wife, Seema, and their Son. He enjoys being outdoors, having a game, camping, water sports and Cricket. Asfaq also is a huge SUV & MUV enthusiast and enjoys a drive in the big machines.
Seema Shiliwala - Co-Founder & Chief Administration Officer
Seema has been with the company since its origin in 2002 as a founding member. Seema’s deep understanding of the company’s administration and its operation is unparalleled. In her capacity, she oversees all areas of day-to-day administration at TransForm and its affiliates to ensure practices and profitability. Seema has lived in the city of Chennai in southern India from where she did her Bachelors in Corporate Secretaryship. She is now married and resides in Surat, Gujarat, a state on the Indian west coast. She has a five year old Son and her Husband as family, and out of work she enjoys spending time with her family, cinema, camping, skiing, backpacking and Seema also has a fond interest in Interior design.
