Established in 2002, TransForm Solution has grown in India from the bursting of the dot come bubble to nights at the call centres. Our founder, Asfaq Shiliwala, a mechanical engineer turned entrepreneur, is a persistent innovator and a strong visionary who could see the spark in the future. His vision, lead to the inception of a company with just 15 staff members but with a determined attitude and a clear objective to become the best in the business.

A journey from 15 staff and few thousand dollars a year, today TransForm is at the threshold of opening its 3rd state of the art facility with an increased man power strength to 190+, thereby generating sales worth over 4 million dollars a year. TransForm has come a long way since that time and has maintained its momentum and achieved several milestones. The history of TransForm demonstrates our resilience and readiness to take on challenges and emerge successful in all situations.

Our Journey Thus Far

At inception, in 2002, we were Rave Technologies and after an overhaul in our working style and modern methods in the year 2005, we went through a renaissance and emerged as a world leader in our business verticals as TRANSFORM SOLUTION PVT LTD. There, has been no looking back since then.

TransForm continues to strategically invest in expanding its global footprint to provide the benefits of a true global sourcing solution to its clients. We have been providing expert solutions for serving the needs of multiple verticals. Continuous investment over the years in acquiring contemporary infrastructure, latest technology and expertise has provided us with a leading edge in the BPO industry. Today, we operate for our global clients through two custom-designed, state-of-the-art offices, with a third just to be inaugurated very shortly.
